Society Activities All Year Round

(Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi)
The Society is buzzing with a range of activities all year round, all inspired and guided by our Beloved Amma

Amma’s Birthday brings Her Singapore children together, in a joyous celebration of Her Loving and Transformational Presence. The Guru Paduka Puja is followed by Maha Lakshmi Puja and the chanting of Amma’s Ashtothram. It is an outpouring of love and gratitude to Amma through prayers and bhajans.

Swami Purnamritananda Puri from the Mata Amritanandamayi Math in Kerala, has made regular visits to Singapore over the years to impart Amma’s teachings of selfless love and service to children, youth and adults at Amriteswari Society. Swamiji conducts a range of activities – discourses, youth retreats, special pujas, home visits and one-on-one sessions. In November last year, Swamiji conducted a special day of Silence & Meditation at the Singapore Botanic Gardens.

The Society conducts other Spiritual Events through the year, as well as Welfare, Environmental, Artistic and Educational activities.

Brahmachari Shraddhamrita Chaitanya, a monastic disciple of Amma, made visits to Singapore in 2018 during which time he conducted various programmes organised by Amriteswari Society including IAM Meditation programmes, Vedic Astrology courses and discourses on the Ramayana and Devi Mahatmyam.

The Society conducts other Spiritual Events through the year, as well as Welfare, Environmental, Artistic and Educational activities.

There are many exciting and engaging events on our calendar, to keep us inspired by Amma’s teachings, helping us better our own lives and those of others in the community. Do join us!
